Rich Mortensen: Owner

Rich Mortensen has been building since his teens. He started in construction getting his hands dirty working as tile setter for a high-end tile company. The company worked in some of the finest homes in South Orange County, Pasadena, and Beverly Hills. The projects were led by designers and architects with exacting standards of quality.

Having learned a trade and immersed himself in the overall construction process, Rich decided to take on general contracting, obtained a license, compiled a roster of accomplished, quality-driven subcontractors and began working on small jobs - bathrooms and kitchens at first which led to additions, an adaptive reuse historical project and, eventually, new custom residences. Rich has garnered a reputation for efficiently run projects of the highest quality materials and craftsmanship that are completed on-time and on-budget to the delight of the architect, designers and clients.
