Often, we at Waterford Construction are the first call when a client has a project. Maybe we have worked with them before or perhaps their friend referred them to us. Regardless, we know the next crucial step is to put together the rest of the team required for the project.

Fortunately, our network of collaborators helps us determine who will be the most appropriate architect, interior designer or landscape designer for that particular client and project. We only suggest the best. After all, we only want to work with the most accomplished and professional designers and artisans to ensure an exceptional result.

YOUR BUDGET

Every project has a budget. It must. We only work with realistic budgets. If you ask us what we think your project will cost, we will give you an accurate estimation based on similar recent projects we have built. We will not sugar coat. We will not give you a number to get hired and then surprise you with change orders throughout the construction process.

We could. We might get more projects that way but it is not the way we choose to do business. It is not honest and does not educate the client and help them set realistic expectations. We set realistic budgets and then we stick to them.

YOUR TIMELINE

Scheduling a job that requires a team of designers, an army of subcontractors and the lifestyle of the client can be an undertaking. Fortunately, it is one we do well. Waterford Construction is known for bringing jobs in on time and we are proud of that distinction.

How do we do it? We plan strategically, we communicate religiously and we hold our team and the teams of designers and subcontractors accountable for their timely deliverables. The result, the client moves in on time and everyone is pleased!

YOUR HOME

With some builders, construction can be messy, lengthy and problematic. At Waterford, we do everything within our power to change that perception of the construction process. Our job sites are clean, our schedules are tightly run and we handle the troubleshooting of problems with collaborators and subcontractors so the client doesn’t have to handle them.

We meet with the client and collaborators frequently as the process progresses from foundation, to framing to roughing in plumbing, electrical and audio visual. This way the entire team knows what is behind the walls before we drywall, install fixtures and molding and paint. Our process saves money, time and frustration and produces a finished product everyone can be proud of - client and collaborator and contractor.
