The scope of the interior renovation of this 4,200 square foot home in San Marino included a new living, dining and family room along with the bedrooms and children’s playroom. Waterford has the
pleasure of collaborating frequently with interior designer, Charmean Neithart. Together, we were able to provide the clients the home they had envisioned in a seriously tight time frame.
“We did an extensive remodel of our 4,200 square foot house, which included our family, living, and dining rooms, our master bedrooms, a full renovation of two bathrooms, and refinishing the hardwood floors. Rich and his team did a beautiful job.
We were on a tight timeline, we had approximately 3 months to move into our house before my baby came. Rich made sure to complete the work to meet our tight timeline and stayed within budget. He worked well with our designer, never involving us with any issues, just worked things out with our designer. The process was surprisingly stress-free.”
