The
CIRCLE DRIVE RESIDENCE
A collaboration with designer Denise Bosley, this 2.5 acres San Marino estate was in need of two new kitchens with enhanced flow to the back patio for large-scale entertaining as well as a butlers pantry and bathroom. The vision for the project was to marry a modern sensibility with the traditional style of the estate.
The sleek, uber-contemporary Eggersmann cabinetry in the kitchens and butler’s was imported from Germany and the floors were of Italian rectified porcelain. The leathered black quartzite counter required structural steel reinforcement and needed a crane to set the slab in place.
