A South Pasadena 1922 Tudor Revival home required an addition of square footage to add a Master Suite and open the floor plan in the living areas. Of course, adding significant square footage often requires a rethink and
gut renovation of much of the existing home. This project was no exception. In addition, Waterford brought the living space outdoors with an expansive Trex deck allowing the Master and common spaces to enjoy the indoor/outdoor flow.
